Volunteer Terms & Conditions

- Volunteers must be at least 18 years of age

- Volunteers will not receive monetary payment. However, they will be compensated for their time with free access to the convention

- Must wear suitable clothing while on shift

- Must maintain a socially acceptable level of hygiene

- Volunteers must abide by all rules, procedures & regulations of Retro South. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of your weekend pass and you may not be allowed to volunteer for future events.

- Must be on-time for their shifts. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of your weekend pass and you may not be allowed to volunteer for future events.
