TERMS & CONDITIONS
- Exhibitors will be provided a day prior to the event on September 5, 2025 to get their booths setup and ready for the convention
- By state law, Exhibitors must possess a sales tax license and be able to provide proof of documentation upon request
- 18+ art is allowed but cannot be displayed in the open and must be kept in a closed portfolio or storage tote
- All booths will be issued a black table cloth that must be returned upon completion of the event
- All booth registration fees are non-refundable
- Exhibitors will be assigned to a booth, these spaces are non-transferable or shareable and must be used by the assigned exhibitor
- Food & Drink are allowed at the booths. We kindly ask that you clean up after yourselves.
- AI generated art & images are strictly prohibited and cannot be sold.
- Promoter (Retro South) will not be held responsible for damages or loss of merchandise or product owned & sold by vendors
